AB status of issues

Any CG member can raise issues - and the CG can decide whatever it wants. The Advisory Board is not bound to agree, and chooses the issues it works on. In turn, the AB can advise the AC to accept a new process, but there is an AC review for any proposed change to the process.

The AB decides what to do about suggestions it receives based on the CG independently resolving an issue.

Currently, the AB works on Process through a task force, which operates using the infrastructure of the CG. Issues are managed through the CG issue tracker.

As of 7 November 2015 no decisions of the AB task force which are contrary to a consensus of the CG, nor vice versa.
