Related notes:
In 2006 the question was raised whether 8 weeks notice from the date of an Activity proposal (now from a charter proposal) was sufficient notice for a First face to face meeting...
Charles 'chaals' (McCathie) Nevile, 18 Sep 2014, 10:07:07A relevant question raised in 2007 was whether we need notice requirements for *cancellation* of meetings - i.e. if people have bought tickets, paid acommodation, organised their schedule etc is there a minimum time beyond which they can insist on having a meeting?
Charles 'chaals' (McCathie) Nevile, 18 Sep 2014, 10:10:11In 2006 Dan Connolly suggested that a rule requiring ACTION items to be available in advance of the minutes was overly restrictive.
On the other hand, where groups use tracker Action items are now available immediately, so this suggestion may be moot.
