Conversation about provenance and news
Yesterday I met with Simon Miles who is involved in the W3C Working Group on Provenance. I thought that this community group might be interested in their work and helping shape its relevance to news.
The Provenance Group is interested in gathering:
- Domain Use Cases (illustrating a need for provenance information)
- Provenance Requirements
- Current Community Approaches
- Outstanding Needs
- Connectivity Opportunities
There is also an interest in licensing and I believe some of our members might be interested in these issues in news.
