For proposed groups today we have a "support this group" button. I propose that we add a "comment on the proposal" button, which would take you to the blog post announcing the proposal and allow you to leave comments. It's easy to add a button. How do we get the URI to the relevant WP blog post? In the proposed() function in proposed_groups.phi there's an opportunity to get the URI to the announcement and store it in our db, for example.
