POWDER Resources and Vocabulary Working Draft

The W3C POWDER Working Group published First Public Working Drafts of Protocol for Web Description Resources (POWDER): Description Resources and Protocol for Web Description Resources (POWDER): Web Description Resources (WDR) Vocabulary. POWDER is a way to attach small, easily-produced annotations to large collections of Web content.
