The Perl regular expression for testing for UTF-8 was updated. For a detailed list of changes read the full post.

At the beginning of the expression, "m/^(" was change to "m/\A(". At the end ")*$/x;" was changed to ")*\z/x;". This is to better handle multiline form feedback.

The change was also made to the Polish version. [search keys: qa-forms-utf-8]
