• Resolved: For CSS2.1 Issue 230, make precise numbering of list items undefined in 2.1. (It’s defined in css3-lists.)
• Resolved: For CSS2.1 Issue 231, accept proposal permit root list-item to degrade to block.
• Resolved: For CSS2.1 Issue 236, make the behavior of underlines through tables undefined. (Address in CSS3 Text, when we have option to cancel underlines via UA style sheet.)
