Tablin is a filter program that can linearize HTML tables and render them accordingly to preferences set by the presentation layer (e.g. the screen reader end-user). Check the tablin home page for more details.
One of these setup is a lynxfilter.sh file that can be used with lynx versions that support "CGI link" to almost transparently linearize HTML table before they hit the browser presentation engine.
You need to download the file lynxfilter.sh and adapt it to your environment (lynx PATH, config file, where you put the tablin filter sources, etc). See comments in the file.
