This page provides template response for paper authors. It is to be sent by the chair of the corresponding RDWG symposium.

Accepted Papers

Dear @@@,

Thank you for submitting a paper for the Online Symposium on Website Accessibility Metrics. We are {delighted|glad|happy} to inform you that your paper has been [provisionally] accepted for the symposium.

Please find attached three independent reviews of your paper. We ask you to follow suggested changes and improvements. [Note that your paper can only be accepted if it addresses the required changes. Updated papers must be received by 24 November 2011 at 23:59 UTC. Submit your papers by attaching them in a response to this mail and keeping all recipients in CC.]

As an author of an accepted paper you will be given the opportunity to do a brief presentation of maximum 5 minutes to highlight the key points of your paper. You can assume that participants have read you paper ahead of the event so use the time to provide specific insights.

If you intend to use slides, please note that only a maximum of four slides in accessible format will be accepted. Slides must be received by 1 December 2011 at 23:59 UTC. Submit your slides by attaching them in a response to this mail and keeping all recipients in CC.
