Comment Instructions for PFWG Documents

Use one of the following ways to submit comments on the following documents:

  1. Comment Submission Form online - This is the best way to get precise information into the comment database.
    • If you already have a W3C username, use the comment form for the appropriate document from the list below.
    • If you do not have a W3C username yet, first request an account from the W3C User Account Management page. After you get your account set up, return to this page to begin the comment process.
  2. E-mail - Instead, you can submit your comments by e-mail to public-pfwg-comments@w3.org. Make sure to include the following in your e-mail:
    • The document to which the comment applies;
    • The part of the document to which the comment applies, if applicable;
    • A description of your concern;
    • A proposal for the change you request, ideally structured to be easily incorporated into the document verbatim.

The following documents are currently open for comments:

For information about how and when comments are processed, see the information in PFWG comment procedures. Additional information in response to questions we have received is available in the PFWG comment FAQ.
