Participation

Participation is open to participants of the HTML accessibility task force.

A teleconference bridge will be available for remote participation. Dial +1.617.761.6200. The primary conference code is 2119; a secondary conference code is available for breakout sessions using 21192.

Minutes will be taken in an IRC channel. Use irc.w3.org:6665 on channel #html-a11y. The media break-out group should use IRC channel #media.

The meeting hotel is located three miles from San Diego International Airport. Taxi and shuttle options are available from the airport. Public transportation is available to the Amtrak Train Station on Flyer Route 992.

The Amtrak Train Station is 5 blocks from hotel. Regional train service is available to this station.

The meeting hotel is available, and you may be able to obtain the CSUN conference rate.

Note that according the the timeline 22 March is the deadline for counter-proposals. During break-out sessions, please focus on creating any Change Proposals needed to make this deadline.

The day is organized into two parallel sessions.

  1. Session A is for plenary topics, and sessions for any group except media. This uses teleconference code 2119, and IRC channel #html-a11y.
  2. Session B is for the media session. This uses teleconference code 21192, and IRC channel #media. When the topic at a given slot is blank, join the main session activity.
