Text proposed in December 18th meeting:

"The Task Force has not yet developed guidance on how to apply four for of the A and AA success criteria to non-web software: SC x.y.z, ... All four of these share in common the concept that they apply in the web context when there are either "multiple web pages" or "a set of web pages" which share some common characteristic. Comments are invited proposing definitions for "a set of software" that matches the concepts of "set of web pages", as well as examples of any such "sets of software". Furthermore, comments are invited regarding what it would mean for these four SCs to apply in to non-web software."
