To clarify....

The type of example needed here is one where the entered value falls outside the acceptable range but the application changes it to be either the min or max allowed.

When this one is ready for survey, include the glossary term "input error" on the survey.

The intent text for 3.3.1 has been proposed and accepted by the WCAG working group.

I think it was approved at the 4 October meeting but the minutes did not record a resolution. According to Loretta, though, it was accepted.
