 [RS1]I’d be interested in the specific criteria people are supposed to use to make this testable
 [JR2]These type of requirements are hard to check because they require tabbing through the ENTIRE interface of a tool, but basically if during the tabbing a control is activated (merely by tabbing in or arrowing to explore options) the success criteria is failed.
