Participants

Members of the working group (including invited experts) are expected to participate in face-to-face meetings. The Chair may allow additional participants for liaison purposes. If you would like to attend but do not have resources readily available to do so, please contact the Chair. Participants are expected to be familiar with the preparatory materials when they arrive at the meeting

Hotel Accommodation

Accommodation will be available at the hotel at a discounted rate of $229 plus tax per night until 5pm US EDT on 10 September. To qualify for the discounted rate, you must make your reservation before 10 September, mention the meeting name W3C Web Accessibility Initiative, and be registered for the meeting. Participants are encouraged to make reservations early, since this is peak season - rates are high and Hotels expect to be fully booked, so may not have

Transportation

To Cambridge:

Nearest airport is Logan International Airport, Boston. It is approximately 3 miles from the hotel. A taxi from the airport will cost approximately $20. Public transport is available (but not wheelchair accessible) - it will take about 30 minutes and cost 85 cents. Rail and bus terminals are also located in Boston - transport from those is approximately the same in time and cost.

Locally:

Nearest MBTA stop is Lechmere, on the Green Line, also served by #69 and #89 buses. The Hotel is opposite the Cambridgeside Galleria shopping center.

Agenda

The agenda is evaluation and resolution of issues raised during the last call period, to prepare the document as a proposed recommendation.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 am each day, with a continental breakfast from 8:30 am until 9:00 am. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. The meeting will finish at 5:30 pm each day.
