New Techniques Draft

JB: WG has a W3C Note stylesheet

JT: Loose ends in document?

JR: What should we do about AERT?

KHS, LN: Make it a W3C note

JT: We will work towards making it a W3C note

Action Item: KHS, JR: Continue working on technique numbering

Real-time authoring issues?

CV: "Real time" is not a good term for Europe.

All: Other ideas: real-time synchronous, immediate authoring, instantaneous authoring, synchronous (real-time) authoring

JT: We will us "synchronous (real-time) authoring" for now

JT: How should the concept be addressed?

JR: Would prefer it was a section in Appendix A.

JT: We will try that.

Action Item: JR, HS: text for prompting appendix.

JT: Does anyone know of real time description services?

JB: WGBH may have training for this.

Conformance Page:

JT: EO has said a buyer's guide would be useful.

JB: No, EO meant questions to help buyer's make informed decisions and conformance evals to help buyers answer those questions.

Action Item: JT: Will send several scenarios for what to do with the page.
