ISSUE-33: Restore the secret role?

I'd prefer "secret" to remain a separate role for these reasons:

1) A textbox that is secret should not support readonly. It's easier to change that if it has it's own role
2) It's easier to map to ATK_ROLE_PASSWORD_TEXT if it has it's own ARIA role
