Need to look back at the context in the meeting minutes from the date this was created. I think this could end up something like aria-shortlabel (abbreviated label) or aria-referencelabel, but this use may not be common enough to justify an extra attr.
I'd err on the side of not including. Let't don't complicate ARIA any more than we have to.
