Meeting Schedule

Over the course of the week of March 20th, four WAI meetings will occur, before and after the annual CSUN conference. Meeting dates and times:

1. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (WCAG WG) - Monday, 20 March, 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.
2. WAI Interest Group (WAI IG) - Saturday, 25 March, 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
3. Education and Outreach Working Group (EO WG) - Sunday, 26 March, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30p.m.
4. Authoring Tools Working Group (AU WG) - Sunday, 26 March, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Registration

There are two separate registration pages:

• There is a registration page for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WG on March 20, 2000. Registration closes March 13.
• There is a registration page for three WAI meetings on March 25 and 26, 2000. Please note carefully which meeting you will be attending. Registration for these meetings closes March 18.

Transportation

Both the Hilton and the Marriott Hotels offer free shuttle buses that run frequently between LAX airline terminals and the hotel. To arrange for an accessible airport shuttle van pick-up, arriving attendees should use one of the phones at the hotel accommodation phone banks, located at all baggage claims.
