This page lists the potential scribes for the ERT WG. If your name is on the top of the list, your are the next person to scribe a teleconference. After you scribe a teleconference call, your name will be moved to the bottom of the list.

How To Scribe Teleconferences

On IRC (Internet Relay Chat) you can make use of two IRC Bots which help track the agenda and generate the minutes (visit IRC Help for more information on IRC):

Zakim IRC Bot
Actually Zakim is the W3C Teleconference Bridge but it has an IRC interface. Please see the description of the Zakim IRC commands for more information.
RRS Agent
RRSAgent generates minutes in HTML from the text typed into an IRC channel. Please see the description of RRSAgent commands for more information
