A language speaking failure occurs whenever the synthesis processor decides that the currently-selected voice cannot speak the declared language of the text. In order for the test to pass, the processor must report a language speaking failure, and 'FAIL' should not be heard. The language on the p element needs to be changed to one the platform does not support.
