Subject: Update to mail2html - version 2.3

Greetings...

I've given mail2html a slight face lift.  Some of these features
make it easier to configure and use.  Among them:

o  all options on command line
o  updated format for links to other messages
o  'automatic' elm-like detection
o  Ability to specify title of top page
o  better handling of html markup

Meager changes, granted, but just thought that those who are
actually using mail2html could use an update.
