already on ASIS for most machines,
dxcern, vxcern, VM (www only). Binaries
are self-contained and can be picked
up using anonymous FTP:
- line mode
- info.cern.ch in directory
/pub/www/bin.
- xmosaic
- ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu in directory
/Web/xmosaic
- mac
- info.cern.ch in /pub/www/bin/mac

Run a simple server to ensure that
