Description:

<fraction> and <grid> aren't really used outside the grid module, and their definitions are very closely tied to the layout model therein. The definitions in CSS3 Values and Units is mainly a stub. Probably these definitions should be removed from CSS3 Values and Units and those types defined where they are used or, if they turn out to be common to several modules, in a CSS4 Values and Units module.
