V1.2 - New feature release

1. Compatibility with the RDF M&S WD dated 19-Aug-1998.
   • explicit reification within a Description block supported (see example6.rdf in the distribution)
   • collection properties changed name from 1 to _1, 2 to _2, etc.
   • reificated nodes did not earlier include the non-reificated property -> fixed.
2. Compatibility with the Namespaces in XML WD dated 2-Aug-1998.
   • Support for namespaces defined with 'xmlns' attributes: local scoping and default namespaces implemented

V1.1 - Bug fix release with following bugs repaired

1. Collections inside typedNodes did not determine property target correctly.
2. typedNodes inside properties occasionally got wrong target value.
3. Multiple internal references with fragment identifiers where not correctly managed.
4. properties without children where not correclty managed.
