The W3C Policy Languages Interest Group - PLING - is an open forum to discuss use cases, languages, and frameworks around information governance policies. PLING also serves as a global platform to enable different initiatives to share and exchange ideas about policy interoperability.

  • Use Cases: Well-structured scenarios, pros and cons of adopted policy frameworks, pain points, issues and recommendations.
  • Policy Language Review: Review of Policy languages and frameworks that are currently used in the industry and research.
  • Geolocation: Information about initiatives in the Geolocation area with emphasis on privacy.
  • Open Issues: Collection point for free-floating, or unchannelled ideas
  • Scientific Resources: Subjective collection of workshops and scientific papers that we think are relevant.
