11:00-1pm Alice at other party
2:00 Need Nancy out of the house around now. Clean up house, move furniture, oriental rug up. Clear out mudroom bar and mudroom.
3:00 Justin arrive with cake - big and flat and cake decorating stuff. Alice helps decorate + blue and greeen decorations, Balloons + helium. Crepe paper streamers.
6:00 Put on Music. Set up video
7:00 Oven to warm. Ben bath and bed, Alice bath... Justin hold the fort.
7:30 Food arrives, put in oven.
8:00 nominal start of party. Nance can't arrive before 8:15-8:30. Delegate drinks service to someone.
8:30 Introductions. (Game?!) .
