What do I install, when and why to make an NT Armada?

NOTE These are NOT COMPLETE. THERE ARE SEVERAL HACKS NEEDED TO MAKE IT ALL WORK. PLEASE SEE PHILIP DESAUTELS.

For a standard NT install

System ROM for Armada 4100 Family SP4188
This software allows the user to upgrade the System ROM to a newer version.

Display driver support for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 for the Armada 4100 and LTE 5000 Family of notebooks

ESS 688/1688/1788 Audio Drivers for NT 4.0 SP2354
This software provides 16-bit audio support for the ESS 688, 1688, and 1788 audio controllers in the Microsoft Windows NT 4.00 environment

Supplemental Programs for Windows NT 4.0 SP2759
This software creates the Portable Support Diskette for the Windows NT 4.0 environment. It includes support for Drive Interchange and Power Off System on Shutdown.

Ethernet Drivers for Armada 4100 for Network Printing SP2757
Creates a diskette containing NDIS3 drivers that address network printing issues using an Ethernet Convenience Base with an Armada 4100 Series notebook. These NDIS3 drivers imporve the sharing of the printer port by pausing network activity at the parallel port when they detect a printer driver communicating to the printer port. These drivers have been tested successfully with most Hewlett-Packard printers except the HP 340 and HP 5L models.

Network Support Drivers for Armada Family (MS-Windows) SP2761
This software creates a diskette containing the drivers required for use with the optional Convenience Base Ethernet.
