A. Changes from XHTML 1.1

This appendix is informative.

This Appendix describes the differences between XHTML 1.2 and XHTML 1.1.

The differences can be summarized as follows:

1. The [ROLE] and [RDFA] attributes have been added to every element.
2. The [ACCESS] element has been added to the content model for head.
3. The target attribute has been re-introduced (it was omitted from XHTML 1.1.
