Fig. 21 90 degree rotated table and table caption in vertical writing.

4.1.2: I'm not sure what figure [21] is trying to show. Rotating a table as a whole is also possible in Latin documents (financial institutions in particular seem to like doing this). Is that what this figure wants to show? Or is some of the text in the table now vertical? The figure might be clearer if it showed real text rather than just gray bars. Dito for figure 23.
