Notes:
The HTML page is served as ISO 8859-1. The CSS contains an @charset rule that says the file is ISO 8859-1, but the HTML link charset attribute says UTF-8.

There is styling applied to the test to make it use the Code2001 font, or a sans-serif font by default. If you have Code2001 on your system, this causes the glyph to appear in user agents that won't otherwise substitute an appropriate font (eg. IE, Chrome, Opera...)
