Assertion holds if the text in the title of the window reads like that in the reference graphic:
A. The words are in the same order
B. The characters in each word are in the same order.
Assertion: [Exploratory test] When the html tag sets dir to rtl, (a) directional runs in the window title are in the correct order (b) characters within a directional run in the window title are in the right order.

This behaviour is not described by the HTML specification.
