Assertion holds if the text in the title of the window reads like that in the reference graphic.
Assertion: [Exploratory test] When Unicode directional control characters surround the text in the text element, text runs in the window title location appear in the correct order.

This behaviour is not described by the HTML specification. The text in question is preceded by an RLE character and followed by a PDF character (inside the element tags).
