Mouse over the box with the orange border. Assertion holds if the text in the tooltip reads like that in the reference graphic:
A. The words are in the same order
B. The characters in each word are in the same order.
Assertion: [Exploratory test] When dir is set to rtl on a local element, (a) text runs in tooltip popups are in the correct order (b) characters within a directional run in tooltip popups are in the right order.
