Related notes:

The requirement "Annotate structure of the source web content for web structural text units identification" refers to be able to specify explicitly the final geometry or structure of components from the HTML final web page and not from the CMS point of view, for the Real Time Translation and Publication Systems (RTTPS), which takes as input the web page as such. For example, something that is identified as a “component” or “section” in a given web page structure, is build up from several components of the CMS. Metadata associated to this final web page structure would allow to define which are the units of text for localization and translation. Those can be also used to identify elements in other formats that requires special localization treatment (like binary or static files).
