link specification error

In the document "W3 manuals available in printed form" at
"http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/Paper/PaperManuals.html#z25",
the links for the "www-server-guide.txt" and ".ps" are pointed
at ftp://info.cern.ch/pub/www/doc/www-server-guide.txt.Z.

It seems that ftp://info.cern.ch should be ftp://ftp.w3.org.
At least a direct ftp to info.cern.ch gives me that message and
using ftp.w3.org to get the file works.
