This set of directories, dating from 1991 to1994, was
originally in URLspace at /pub/Journals

In 1997 it disappeared when the /pub/WWW was stripped from URLs,
and then in Oct 1997 it was moved to reappear as
/History/1994/Journals

These are papers and articles writen by or about the WWW project in the early stages.
