• It appears that Dave Cruikshank is in process as an invited expert. He is unable to connect to IRC.
• Don's membership is in work.

3.) Timeline -- steps [1] to get to start of LC review:

Step 0 in is in process. We need to get this done ASAP because it needs to happen before last call.

It looks like the closing date for the last call should be the 7th of November.

It is unclear why SMIL needs to be on the review list, given that declarative animation is now "out".

We need to make it clear what is new in 2.1. The change log is good. The document may be marked up with the differences highlighted inline.

We are aiming for the 11th to have a meeting where we endorse the spec. If this occurs it looks like we will be able to publish it on the 15th of September with the review ending on the 7th of November.

Actions:

• The dates in the status (SoTD) section need to be updated.
• The pre-announcement needs to be sent out by lofton
• The approval for short name needs to be done by Thierry
