Description Terje Bless 2002-10-24 18:41:01 UTC
Reported by Björn Höhrmann <derhoermi@gmx.net>:

The revalidate button does not show for documents without document type
declaration and valid documents. It's important to show it in the first case and
I don't see why I should not be able to revalidate valid documents, especially
when "doctype override" is in effect.

Probably can't be done easily for at least this beta.

Ok, so it can be done, but it ain't pretty. :-)

By giving &abort_if_error_flagged another flag it can "manually" &add_table the
missing doctype/charset popups. This is kinda hacky and needs a rewrite ASAP,
but it works.
