Description Dominique Hazael-Massieux 2005-03-04 13:36:06 UTC
Noticing the text: "One Working Group's document entered Candidate
Recommendation prior to a through quality review, resulting in a huge
number of issues to resolve and the eventual retreat back to Working
Draft for major revisions. " Aww c'mon, mention that you are talking
about http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-qaframe-spec-20031110/ (the current
specification is a huge improvement, by the way).
