Closed per discussion at 6 Dec 2010 ARIA TF meeting.

For rowgroup, no mapping with an explanatory note: the rowgroup role exists to support role symmetry in HTML, and allows for the propagation of presentation inheritance on tables with an explicit presentation role applied.
