The first two "The Lady of Shalott" examples should have an <hgroup> around the <h1> and <h2> in the markup. (Or, remove the <h2>.) (I'm assuming the <h2> is supposed to be a subtitle. If it's a subsection title, then it's not clear what the page would actually look like, and the <h1> should probably be removed, so as to not detract from the point of the example.)
