HTML5 is intended to carry the new definition of the text/html media type. Since this document builds on top of HTML5, it seems logical to reference section 12.1 of HTML5 instead of the RFC 2854.

This should depend on the decision what to do with the media type reg in HTML5 (I think that's still open).

Issue 53 is still open, and so the content is technically correct as is. When and if the status of issue 53 changes, this should be changed per the original request.
