Testcase

This page is not valid XML (XHTML), because it claims that its DTD is found at DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd (which it does not). Nonetheless, the W3C MarkUp Validation Service assures me that it is valid. The Validation Service should always check to make sure the URI given in the DOCTYPE declaration is correct.
