ISSUE-222: Should recommend against using (should not use) alpha values outside [0,1].

alpha out of range

Should recommend against using (should not use) alpha values outside [0,1].

State:
CLOSED

TTML 1.0

Description:
Because <alpha> is based on its like definition in CSS3 Color, we don't prohibit the use of out of range [0,1] values that are permitted by the xs:float definition, saying instead they are to be clamped. But we should say that they "should not" be used nonetheless.
