The NOTE element
The NOTE element is used for admonishments, but can
also be used whenever you want an image next to indented text.
The image is optional and controlled by the ROLE attribute.
You can supply an image of your own with the SRC attribute.

are shown so that you can see where one note ends and the next begins.

The use of hand images for the default icons may cause offense in
some cultures. Some other possibilities are:
