First Amaya Contest Copyright Waiver

Submissions to the conest will be refused unless they are accompanied by the following statement on behalf of the authors of all the submitted material ("The Contributor"):

W3C( MIT, INRIA, Keio) is hereby permitted to distribute these materials under W3C Software and Document licenses. Furthermore:

1. The Contributor vouches that she has all rights necessary to contribute the materials in a way that does not violate copyright, patent, and trademark rights; contractual obligations, or libel and export control* regulations.
2. The Contributor of the winning entry agrees that all contributed materials will be governed by the W3C Software or Document licenses.
3. If the Contributor of an entry decides to make the entry public visible on the W3C site, the Contributor agrees that all contributed materials will be governed by the W3C Software or Document licenses.
4. W3C will retain attribution of authorship for the winning entry. The W3C reserves the right, after discussion with the authors, to modify the winning entry in the manner it feels fit to best suit its shipping inside.
