Meeting minutes

Update on APG migration

things moving along towards 18 May release

preference for URI to be /WAI/apg/

need assent from SLH

MC needs URI to involved webmaster in the redirects

SLH had question about the approval process for content

documented in a wiki page

have some automated quality checks

link checking needs improving

also question about WG level of consent for the content

may need a CfC for the migration

hopefully don´t need ARIA WG review of the content, can check with group this week

since we´re longer subject to TR approval requirements

might be good to formalize the permission from the WG

not sure what precedent there is

WCAG support materials have painstaking WG approval

WAI tutorials were kinda one-offs

ARIA WG can document any approval steps needed, hopefully ones that don´t slow down the work much

https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/wiki/Management-and-Operations-Documentation

hope to have everything launch ready by 11 May

ready for SLH 17 May, go live 19 May

1.2 transition planning

chairs have questions about the ¨next step¨ under Process 2021

but basically ready to finalize ARIA 1.2 and Core-AAM 1.2 for CR / implementation report

we didn´t do wide review of core-aam

need to figure out how that works in the evergreen process

also getting ready to publish it adding Carolyn as editor

only one at-risk item is not now taken care of

planning to go ahead with taking the risk action, i.e., removing the relevant content

should hopefully not trigger new patent review period
