Update to latest respec features
Will need to coordinate across specs
move to respec-w3c profile
figure out which specs should own what terms
will need the respec dictionary to look at editors´ drafts
get rid of jquery dependency for our xref spec
also remove from ¨common¨ repo scripts etc. that are *not* used by more than one spec

Need a plan for moving content, including heading and appendix content
working with WAI people on the technical side
