agenda order 5, 6

Pull requests and aria-common

How do we make sure these get handled?

MC has to notice

MC needs to improve his github notification filters

Also feel free to ping MC if waiting on a pull request

Diagram in 5.3 need fixing or removing

https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/1222

Proposed new diagrams from pkra in the issue

scraped data, could use roleinfo.js instead

since we´re now keeping that up to date

let´s discuss tomorrow in WG

and need to clarify process

for updating content published to W3C site

ideally with automation perhaps via github to get it published without staff contact bottleneck

Diagram is useful for people to understand ARIA, so we wanna keep it

ARIA 1.2 update

MC was supposed to ping horizontal review groups when we published wide review

we had to do a round of explicit requests

waiting on those to return

should be able to go to CR early in 2021

Publishing Practices on WAI site update

Gathering technical requirements for putting content on WAI site

so source content, when merged to main branch, can be automatically posted

then we´ll put together a plan

When practices is on WAI site, will we stop publishing as Note?

currently, publish 1.2 as Note, then switch over to WAI site

Then would need to update Note to say ¨don´t look here¨

There is a procedure for retiring documents we can use

This would be non-versioned, referencing latest version of ARIA

<Jemma> just curious about the defintion of "latest"

<Jemma> one in CR?

aria-at update

progressing apace

will be able to increase testing at beginning of year

Next meeting

No meeting 23 Dec

Nominally next meeting is 6 Jan 2021

(unless no agenda)
